What to Report

We invite employees and other stakeholders to report activities that may involve unethical, illegal or otherwise inappropriate behaviour. A stakeholder is anybody who has a vested interested in Zapata and our activities. This includes shareholders, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, customers, governments, community members and the public.

Examples of activities that should be reported include perceived or actual:

• violations of the law
• violations of our company policies
• accounting or auditing irregularities
• risk to our assets, property or resources
• danger to an employee’s or the public’s health, safety or security
• concerns about other Zapata business practices
